1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Let's Pop a Balloon provides custom balloon decorations, helium bouquets, balloon arrangements, party supplies, and related products and services. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective once posted on our website.

2. ORDERS & BOOKINGS

​​

All orders and events bookings are subject to availability. Orders are not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received. Customers are responsible for providing accurate orders details, including event dates, delivery addresses, pickup times, and design preferences. Custom designs are created based on the information and inspiration provided by the customer. We reserve the right to decline an order if we are unable to fulfill the requested design or service. For custom balloon decorations, customers should book as early as possible to secure their preferred date.

3. PAYMENTS

​​

Full payment may be required for store pickup orders and smaller balloon arrangements. Custom installations and event decorations may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed upon deadline. Orders will not be released or installations scheduled until the required payment has been received. Any additional requests or changes after an order has been confirmed may result in additional charges.

4. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

​​

Because many of our products are custom made and prepared specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Deposits for custom balloons are non-refundable. Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Changes to an order are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Once a custom order has been prepared or production has started, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds will not be provided for failure to pick up an order at the scheduled time. If an issue occurs with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.

5. BALLOON DECORATIONS & CUSTOM DESIGNS

​​

Every balloon arrangement and decoration is individually created with care and attention to detail. Please understand that balloon colors may appear slightly different depending on lightning, screens and photography. Reference pictures are used for inspiration. Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Minor variations in balloons sizes, shapes, colors and arrangements are normal. We reserve the right to make reasonable design adjustments based on product availability while maintaining the overall look and style of the approved design. We take pride in creating unique designs and making every celebration special.

6. HELIUM BALLOONS & FLOAT TIME GUARANTEE

​​

Our helium balloons are treated with a special solution whenever applicable to help extended their floating time. We guarantee a floating time of more than 3 days for qualifying helium filled latex balloons when kept indoors under appropriate conditions. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions, balloons must be remained indoors, balloons must be kept away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Balloons must be kept away from sharp objects, rough surfaces and celling fans. Balloons must not be exposed to extreme temperature changes. Proper handlining and care instructions must be followed. Outdoor conditions, temperature changes, transportation, and improper handling may affect balloon performance and are not covered by our float time guarantee. Please note that different balloon materials and products have different floating characteristics.

7. STORE PICKUPS ORDERS

​​

Store pickup orders must be collected at the agreed upon pickup date and time. Customers are responsible for, arriving on time for scheduled pickups. Providing appropriate transportation for their balloon arrangements. Making sure balloons are handled carefully during transportation. Following any care instructions provided at pickup. Once an order has been picked up and leaves our store, responsibility for its handling and condition transfer to the customer.  We are not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation, handling, or storage after pickup.

8. DELIVERY & EVENT INSTALLATIONS

​​

For balloon deliveries and event installations, customers must provide an accurate delivery address and contact information. Someone must be available to receive the delivery when required. Delivery fees are separate unless otherwise stated. Customers must ensure that the installation location is accessible and ready before our scheduled arrival. Additional setup time, waiting time, or changes to the installation location may result in additional charges. Once a balloon arrangement has been delivery or an installation has been completed and approved, reasonability for its care and handlining transfers to the customer.

9. 0UTDOOR EVENTS & WEATHER CONDITIONS

​​

 Balloon decorations are affected by environmental conditions. Heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity, and direct sunlight can affect the appearance, durability and performance of balloons. We cannot guarantee the same appearance or longevity for outdoor installations as we can for indoor installations. Customers are responsible for communicating whether their event will take place indoors or outdoors before booking.

10. BALLOON SAFETY

​​

Balloons are not toys and should be handled responsibly. Adult supervision is required for children around balloons. Uninflated or broken balloons can present a choking hazard. Keep balloons away from young children and pets. Discard broken or popped balloons immediately. Never release helium balloons outdoors. Keep balloons away from electrical wires and heat sources. Let's Pop a Balloon is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use, handling or supervision of balloon products after purchase or delivery.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY & SOIAL MEDIA

​​

We love sharing our balloon creations! By placing an order or booking our services, you acknowledge that we may photograph completed balloon arrangements and installations for our website, portfolio, and social media marketing.

12. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

​​

All products, balloons, colors, and party supplies are subject to availability. If a specific product or color becomes unavailable, we may contact you to a suitable alternative. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions when necessary.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​​

Let's Pop a Balloon is not responsible for damages, losses, or changes in balloon appearance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable controlling including weather conditions, improper handlining, transportation, venue conditions, or third-party actions. Our responsibility for any confirmed product or service issue will be limited to the remedies available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms. & Conditions limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

14. WEBSITE USE

All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, designs, logos, text, and other materials, belong to Let's Pop a balloon or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
