We recommend booking as early as possible to secure you preferred date. For custom installations and large events, bookings 2-4 weeks in advance is recommended. However, feel free to contact us for last minute  availability.

Absolutely! We love creating unique balloon designs tailored to your celebration. From balloon garlands and backdrops to centerpieces and statement installations, we can customize designs to complement your event and personal style.

4. Do I need to book a full balloon installation, or can I just purchase balloons?

You don't need a full balloon setup to celebrate! We offer convenient store pickup options, including helium bouquets and other balloon arrangements that you can take home and enjoy.

5. How long do helium balloons float?

​

All our helium filled latex balloons are treated with a special solution to help extend their floating time. We guarantee a minimum of 3 days of floating time for qualifying indoor helium balloon arrangements, when properly cared for. For Foil Balloons typically stay inflated and float 7 day or longer with proper care.

6. Do you offer delivery and installation?

Yes! We offer delivery and professional installation for qualifying balloon arrangements and event designs. Our team takes care of the details so you can relax and enjoy your special occasion. Delivery fees and availability depend on your event location and order details.

7. Do you require a deposit to book an event?

​

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the required payment and agreement have been completed.

8. Can I make changes to my balloon design after booking?

We understand that plans and ideas can evolve! Design adjustments may be possible depending on availability, materials, and how close we are to your event. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes.

9. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?

We understand that unexpected situations happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking. Rescheduling and cancellations requests are subject to our booking terms and conditions.

10. How should I care for my balloons?

​

To keep your balloons looking beautiful for as long as possible, keep balloons indoors whenever possible. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep balloons away from sharp objects and rough surfaces. Avoid leaving balloons inside hot vehicle. Keep balloons away from ceilings fans and other potential hazards.

11. Do you offer same day orders?

Same day orders may be available depending on our schedule, inventory and design requirements. We recommend contacting us directly to check availability.

 To provide an accurate quote, please share event date and location. type of celebration, inspirational pictures or design ideas, preferred colors or theme and what type of balloon installation you are interested in. The more details you provide, the better we can customize your experience.

Yes! We offer store pickups for selected balloon arrangements. Pickup details and availability will be confirmed when your order is placed.

19.  What happens to the balloons after my event?

​

Since you've paid for the balloon decor, the balloons are yours to keep! You have the option to keep them after your event or request that our team take them down and remove them. If you chose to have us remove them, we will take care of properly disposing of the balloons. PLEASE NOTE, Only the balloons are yours to keep. Any rental items used as a part of your installation, including backdrops, stands, frames, and other rental equipment, remain the property of Let's Pop a Balloon and will be collected after your event.
